Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
10 oz. frozen peas
1 small onion, minced
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
2 c. mayonnaise or Ranch dressing
2 Tbsp. sugar mixed in with mayonnaise
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
