Baked Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. summer squash, cubed
    1 c. onion, minced
    2 sticks butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion for 20 minutes.
    Melt butter and add bread stuffing; mix well.
    Drain squash; mix with sour cream and soup.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    In 2-quart baking dish, layer squash and bread stuffing.
    Repeat.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until top crumbs are golden brown.
