Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucine pasta
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 hard-boiled eggs, grated
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated pasta cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
    2 c. half and half
    1 stick butter
    garlic (fresh or powder) to taste (needs at least 1 tsp.)
Preparation
    Melt butter; add all ingredients except grated pasta cheese. After fettucine is cooked and drained, coat with pasta cheese, then add saucepan mixture.
