Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, diced
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream together first 8 ingredients, then fold in rhubarb and nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan.
    Mix cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar together and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
