French Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 carrots, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
    1 c. celery, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. vegetable juice cocktail
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In 2 to 3-quart casserole, combine stew
    meat, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, peas, vegetable juice, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Stir to combine ingredients.
    Cover casserole with tight fitting lid. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
