Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. fast active yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. softened lard
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. milk
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; let stand 10 minutes.
    Add remaining water, sugar and 3 cups flour; mix for a couple of minutes, then add eggs, 3 1/2 cups flour and salt.
    Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
    Knead and place in a greased bowl; let rise until double.
    Shape into rolls.
    When double bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    This is good for cinnamon rolls too.
