Fish Stew With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
4 c. water
1 c. uncooked brown rice
3 carrots, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced okra
10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
3 c. sliced cabbage
1 to 1 1/2 lb. orange roughy, cut into bite size pieces
Preparation

Heat soup, water, rice, carrots, onion, salt and pepper to boiling.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add vegetables and fish.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender and fish flakes.
