My Favorite Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large sugarless red jello
1 can whole cranberries
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. peeled apples, finely chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve jello into 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Add crushed pineapple and cranberries.
Mix well.
Add the rest of ingredients.
Pour into a large oiled mold or into two smaller molds.
Chill overnight.
Unmold and garnish.
You may also cut ingredients into half using one small package of jello.
