Chili-Beef Flavored Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 medium size onion, minced
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 oz. Wyler's beef crystals
    1 qt. water
    salt as desired
    1 tsp. black pepper
    Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Brown turkey, stirring frequently to prevent large lumps. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil, lower heat and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
    You may want to add additional water for desired consistency.
    Also you might add more beef crystals for a more pronounced beef flavor.
    Stir frequently.
    Use the Louisiana hot sauce only if you want hot seasoned chili.
    Personally, I do not use it!
    I use a 5-quart heavy pot to prepare this dish.
