Hannah'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, green pepper, corn meal, seasoning, milk and egg; blend thoroughly.
    Form into 12 balls.
    Roll in flour. Brown in hot grease in skillet.
    Add remaining flour and tomatoes; cover and bake in very hot oven, 450\u00b0, for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves six.
