Hamburger Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can peas, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil in skillet; add ground beef, salt, pepper and onion.
    Cook, stirring with a fork, to break up meat, until meat is browned and onion is soft.
    Pour off drippings.
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of meat, peas and potatoes.
    Combine milk and soup; mix well.
    Pour evenly over top.
    Cover and bake for one hour.
