Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar (1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. mustard
    3 eggs, boiled
Preparation
    Wash and boil whole potatoes until done.
    When cool, peel and dice or chip, putting into large bowl.
    Sprinkle with sugar and vinegar; mix well and add salt and pepper, mixing again.
    Add chopped eggs, onion, mustard and mayonnaise and mix well. Mayonnaise and mustard may need to be adjusted to taste.
