Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. oleo
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease bottom only of a 10 x 14-inch pan.
Spread mixed pecans and coconut in pan.
Prepare the cake mix as directed on box and pour over nut mixture.
Mix the cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spoon over top of cake mix and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
