Swedish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

sliced potatoes
sliced onions
pork chops
flour
salt
Preparation

Dredge sliced potatoes and pork chops in flour.
Put a layer or two of sliced potatoes in casserole dish.
Put pork chops on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add onions and another layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Pour water within an inch of top.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
