Raspberry Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. milk, scalded
6 eggs, beaten slightly
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Fill bottom of 9-inch crust with berries.
Stir heated milk into egg mixture and put into pie immediately.
Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Bake for 5 minutes, then at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
