Chicken Salad Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable shortening
    3 to 4 tsp. water
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt, cut in shortening.
    Sprinkle water over mixture and stir with fork.
    Form a ball.
    Roll into a 12-inch circle on floured surface.
    Fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Fold edges over to form rim and flute.
    Press chopped pecans into crust. Prick with fork and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Cool.
