Mexican Chili, Hot! Hot! Hot! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. kidney or pinto beans, soaked overnight
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can green chilies
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    2 cloves garlic
    Mexican spices, as preferred
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours on low heat. Add water to keep at the consistency you prefer.
    Serve with crackers or cornbread and enjoy.
