Rhubarb-Strawberry Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced strawberries
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
    rind of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. margarine, chilled
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix strawberries, rhubarb, lemon rind, lemon juice, tapioca, cinnamon and salt.
    Place in greased baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.
    In food processor, pulse on and off until flour and brown sugar form crumb texture.
    Add margarine and pulse a few times to mix.
    Then add nuts.
    Mix with fork, then sprinkle over top of fruit mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
