Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place rhubarb in pan; sprinkle 1 cup sugar over top.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
