Sugar-Free Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box dietetic cake mix
    fruit juice (I use orange)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. dates
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dried apricots
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix cake mix (any flavor) according to package directions, substituting juice for water.
    Fold in nuts and fruit to batter. Cherries should be rinsed and soaked in water.
    Then rinsed again to remove sugar.
    Pour batter in loaf pan.
    Bake at 270\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (I line pan in foil and I can lift it out.
    Cool and wrap in same foil).
    Tastes better after stored for a week or so in the refrigerator, well wrapped.
