Corn Bread And Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook the hen in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and reserve 2 cups broth. Cool hen and remove chicken from bones. Cut into pieces and place in saucepan. Sprinkle with pepper. Add soup and reserve broth and heat to boiling. Mix flour with small amount of water and stir into chicken mix.
Cook until thickened, then pour into buttered baking dish.
