Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced yellow or red pepper
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1 egg
    2 tsp. lemon zest
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into 3-inch patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Serve with homemade tartar sauce made with minced dill pickles, Miracle Whip salad dressing and lemon juice.
