Frozen Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 225\u00b0.
    This is important!
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Blend in eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour mixture and milk, adding small amount at a time.
    Add flavoring.
    Stir in with spoon the coconut. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours in tube pan.
