Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Add
dry
ingredients
to
liquid mixture and mix well. Bake at\t350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 small miniature loaves or 2 bread loaves.
