Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and shortening.
    Cool.
    Soften yeast in water.
    Add potatoes to milk.
    Mix. Add yeast and eggs. Add half of flour.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of flour.
    Knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl, brush with oil and cover with plastic wrap.
    Place in refrigerator at least 12 hours.
    Remove from fridge 3 to 4 hours before shaping.
    Shape.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen rolls.
