Unbelievable Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison tenderloin (allow 1/4 lb. per person)
    bacon strips (to match venison)
    2 shakes meat tenderizer (per slice)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    garlic powder (as desired to taste)
Preparation
    You will also need 1 or 2 toothpicks per roll and pastry brush for lemon juice.
