Easy Caramel Pecan Rolls(Makes 32) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves (16 oz. each) frozen bread dough, thawed and cut each loaf into 16 equal pieces
1 (3 3/4 or 4 oz.) pkg. regular butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine pudding mix, pecans, sugar and cinnamon well.
Space half of bread unevenly on bottom of well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour 1/2 of melted butter or margarine over them and sprinkle with 1/2 of pudding mixture.
Place rest of pieces among first ones and cover with remaining butter and dry mix.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled (1 1/2 hours) or cover loosely and place in refrigerator overnight.
When risen, dough should reach top of pan.
