Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. A.1. sauce
1/2 stick margarine
2 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients well; roll into 1 inch balls and brown. Mix ketchup, A.1. sauce, margarine and brown sugar over heat. Add sour cream. Mix in to boil (cook well over low heat, about 15 minutes). Pour over meatballs and let marinate (works well in a crock-pot, low heat). Stir occasionally.
