Beef-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    2 carrots
    1 onion, cut in rings
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. leftover roast, cut up
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and carrots with water and cook over medium heat until tender (about 20 to 30 minutes).
    Add all ingredients and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
    Great with corn bread!
