Ingredients

6 ripe bananas, cut in half crosswise
1 c. finely chopped peanuts
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix peanuts, wheat germ and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Insert 12 popsicle sticks into banana halves.
Roll bananas in nut mixture until thoroughly coated.
Place on cookie tray and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Serves 12.
