Frankie Baker'S Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large white onion, chopped
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    16 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped parsley or raw spinach
    diced meat from 3 lb. boiled chicken
    8 oz. green chilies
    2 c. whipping cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry tortillas in oil until limp.
    Saute onion and layer ingredients into a greased casserole.
    End with cheese on top. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This freezes well.
