Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli spears (fresh)
    1/2 c. quartered onion
    1/2 c. snow pea pods
    1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. celery chunks
    1/2 c. canned green beans
    1/4 lite soy sauce
    prepared rice
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in 2 tablespoons margarine for 4 minutes on medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and saute for 5 more minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice (white or brown).
