Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    water
Preparation
    Cook roast in water on medium-high heat for 1 1/2 hours, adding water as needed.
    Cook water out and add oil; brown on both sides.
    Add flour; brown.
    Add water over roast to make gravy, enough for desired thickness.
