Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken or 4 breasts
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bay leaf
    1 can drained mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Flour chicken and brown in oil.
    Remove to Dutch oven.
    Brown the onions lightly, until golden.
    Add to chicken.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
    Simmer.
    Stir occasionally until tender, about 45 minutes.
    Serve with hot rice and broccoli.
    Can be made the day before and heated in a moderate oven.
