Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
8 marshmallows
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. nutmeats
small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Stir jello and water to dissolve.
Let set until it starts to thicken.
Add marshmallows.
Whip the whipping cream.
When whipped, add the cream cheese.
Fold in the celery, nutmeats and pineapple.
Add this mixture to the jello.
Pour into a salad ring.
Put into the refrigerator to set.
