Marion'S Oven Curry Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except mushrooms together in a large casserole.
    Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 hours.
