Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 ripe tomatoes
    3 large onions
    2 red peppers
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 1/2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, ginger and mustard powder
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients, then put through strainer.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Boil for about 1 hour, or until it starts to thicken.
    Put into jars and seal.
