Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pt. oysters and liquid
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Simmer oysters, liquid and butter for 3 minutes, until edges curl.
Scald milk in a separate saucepan.
Add oysters and seasoning.
Heat, but do not boil.
Serves 2.
