Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. Alaskan pollock (imitation crabmeat)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
wonton or egg roll wraps
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Spoon into wonton or egg roll wraps and wrap or twist.
Shallow fry in wok or Dutch oven until golden brown.
Remove from hot grease and put in double paper bags or on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Makes approximately 40 rangoons.
