Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can chopped tomatoes (16 oz.)
    2 cans red beans (16 oz.)
    2 large potatoes, diced
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown ground beef.
    Add onion, tomatoes, red beans and potatoes.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender, even better the next day.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
