Sherried Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. hot water
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with sherry until blended. Mix mustard with hot water.
    Let stand for 2 minutes to develop flavor.
    Stir into cream cheese mixture with Cheddar cheese.
    Turn into small bowl.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 50.
