Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    2 c. broccoli
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans chicken broth
    4 c. milk
    1 lb. cheese
    salt, pepper and cayenne
Preparation
    Chop up onion, celery, carrots and broccoli.
    Saute in oleo. Add broccoli last.
    Add flour and chicken broth.
    Stir, about 2 minutes.
    Add milk and heat until near boiling.
    Add cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne.
