Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato, cubed
    1 celery, diced fine
    McKay's chicken seasoning
    water
    coil vermicelli noodles, broken
    1 carrot, diced fine
    1/2 onion, diced fine
    eggs, beaten and scrambled crisp and bubbly
    canned milk or cream
Preparation
    Prepare the eggs and set aside.
    Put all the vegetables into the soup kettle and cover with water.
    Better to use more and cook down. You may need to add even more water when you add the noodles.
    Cook until quite soft.
    Break up the noodles and add. When they are done, add milk or cream to suit your taste.
    Season. For amounts, use one nest of noodles and one egg per person.
