Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate or Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. oleo, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan well.
Combine coconut and pecans; spread in bottom of pan.
Mix cake as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and pecan mixture.
Mix together remaining ingredients and drop by spoonfuls over cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
