Pumpkin Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin, mashed
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
powdered sugar
Preparation

Make pumpkin roll first, greasing a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Line with parchment or wax paper.
If using wax paper, flour paper, shaking out the excess flour; set aside.
