Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, well beaten
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    1 c. white sugar
    14 oz. white milk
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Mix beaten egg whites, salt and sugar; mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
