Stuffed Pepper Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 qt. water
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    3 medium green peppers, diced
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    2 c. uncooked, long grain, brown rice
    2 celery ribs, diced
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large kettle, cook beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer,
    covered, 1 hour or until rice is tender. Makes 20 cups.
