Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well until potatoes are evenly coated.
Pour into shallow baking dish and bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
