Festive Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. mini or regular marshmallows
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mash sweet potatoes, blending with milk and margarine until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn into baking dish.
Place marshmallows around top of sweet potatoes covering completely.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Marshmallows should be puffed up and browned.
Serve immediately as marshmallows will collapse quickly.
