Orange Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook on both sides until browned.
    Move chicken to side of skillet.
    Add carrots and celery. Cook and stir until carrots are tender-crisp.
